Gearbox is the core component of power transmission

Variable speed mechanism
By combining gears with different numbers of teeth, the speed ratio between the input shaft and the output shaft can be changed. For example, when a small gear drives a large gear, the output speed decreases but the torque increases (suitable for climbing or heavy loads); On the contrary, the output speed increases but the torque decreases (applicable to high-speed cruising).
Directional mechanism
Add a gear transmission pair to achieve reverse gear. For example, in a two axle transmission, power is transmitted through a pair of gears when in forward gear, and the input shaft and output shaft turn in opposite directions; When shifting in reverse, power is transmitted through two pairs of gears, and the input shaft and output shaft turn in the same direction.
Synchronizer technology (manual gearbox)
Through friction, the gear speed is synchronized during gear shifting, reducing impact and noise, and improving shifting smoothness.

Understanding Gearboxes: The Heart of Industrial Motion

--- Gearboxes are critical components in various industrial applications, designed to transfer power and adjust the speed and torque of machinery. At their core, gearboxes consist of a series of gears that engage with each other to modify the rotational speed and force transmitted from one component to another. Whether in manufacturing, construction, or transportation, the choice of gearbox can si
